We accept returns by permission only. Just returning something to us does not guarantee that we will take it back or issue a refund. Call us at 1.866.536.2277 to make arrangements for the return.
There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns. This fee is based on the actual price paid for the item. We will NOT refund shipping charges.
To be eligible for a refund, you MUST return your item within 30 days of receiving it. Refunds are issued within 48-72 after receiving the returned item (not the day shipped back to us).
Buyer's remorse: If you just simply did not like it, or it was not what you expected, we will take it back (within 30 days of purchase), however some rules apply:
A restocking fee of 25% of the retail price of the item being returned will be withheld from the amount refunded. In addition,
please note, we are unable to refund shipping charges do to buyer's remorse.
Our website is constantly being updated with new products and images. Please refer to the images that we provide, while deciding your order of colored capsules. Keep in mind that colors may vary or appear darker in the images provided. Do not assume that colors currently available are the same as ones previously ordered. We are always manufacturing new products as well as new varieties of existing products, so variations may exist. For a list of colors always available please contact us.
If you fail to provide updated and correct shipping address for the delivery method that you chose and the product is returned to us, we will not reship to you unless you pay the re-shipping charges. The same applies to unclaimed items.
INTERNATIONAL (outside the US) shipments that have been returned because they were disallowed by your country's customs or unclaimed by you will be subject to a restocking fee.
FIRST TIME BUYERS OF FILLING DEVICES ONLY PLEASE NOTE:
CAPSULINE® complies with all U.S. government regulatory requirements. As specified in the Code of Federal Regulations, we require proof of a purchaser's identification (such as driver's license), including international purchasers, for the sale of all capsule-filling devices. This may be faxed to us at (954) 979-1370 or e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, within 60 days of purchase. Sec. 1310.07 21 CFR Ch.11 (4-1-04 Edition).
You MUST send a copy of the entire identification document. Failure to comply will result in delay of shipment. If we have not received your identification within 60 days of purchase, your order will be canceled, without a refund.

Please note that Capsuline Inc. is not responsible for any delays pertaining to customs clearance at the destination country. For additional information regarding customs clearance issues or questions, contact either the carrier: UPS, FEDEX or USPS or the customs authorities in your country of residence.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and Google. In addition, we also accept personal checks and money orders via mail. Please make all checks and money orders payable to 'Capsuline' and send them to 1889 SW 3rd St Pompano Beach, FL 33069.
Shipping Policies and Methods
Orders of in-stock items, placed before 12pm EST, will usually ship the same day, but please allow 24-48 hours for order processing, especially if your order was placed during the weekend. You should expect any domestic order shipped via standard shipping to arrive at your door within 3-7 business days. Standard orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. All other expedited options are shipped via FEDEX or UPS and charged to a valid account number, provided by the customer at time of checkout. As for international orders, we offer international priority via USPS and international economy and priority via FEDEX or UPS, to be charged to a valid account number, provided by the customer at time of checkout. Please note that all rates are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on delivery location, package weight and dimensions.
Cancelling an Order
If for some reason you need to cancel an order, send us an email to email@example.com soon as possible. If your order has yet to be shipped, we can cancel it, free of charge, no questions asked. If your order has shipped before you contact us to cancel it, you will need to request a return and your order will be subject to our return policy.
