Our website is constantly being updated with new products and images. Please refer to the images that we provide, while deciding your order of colored capsules. Keep in mind that colors may vary or appear darker in the images provided. Do not assume that colors currently available are the same as ones previously ordered. We are always manufacturing new products as well as new varieties of existing products, so variations may exist. For a list of colors always available please contact us.
If you fail to provide updated and correct shipping address for the delivery method that you chose and the product is returned to us, we will not reship to you unless you pay the re-shipping charges. The same applies to unclaimed items.
INTERNATIONAL (outside the US) shipments that have been returned because they were disallowed by your country's customs or unclaimed by you will be subject to a restocking fee.
- In the event that Capsuline mistakenly ships the wrong color, size and/or flavor, the company will ship the merchandise ordered by the customer at no cost. Capsuline Inc. may ship by air-express or by ground (UPS or USPS) the second time.
- Errors on our site; no responsibility to sell mispriced products or services. Capsuline tries to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other site content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices and promotions are subject to change. Capsuline cannot confirm the availability or price of an item until you place your order. Despite our best efforts, rarely an item in our catalog may not be available, the offer may have been misstated, or an item may be mispriced. For any of those reasons, Capsuline shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Capsuline shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and you have been charged. If you have already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Capsuline shall immediately issue a credit to you via the payment method you used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount may be credited to your account.
International Shipments. Please note that Capsuline Inc. is not responsible for any delays pertaining to customs clearance at the destination country. For additional information regarding customs clearance issues or questions, contact either the carrier: UPS, FEDEX or USPS or the customs authorities in your country of residence.
