What we have developed is a Golf Tee composed entirely of recycled gelatin. Since we use the remnants of the bovine gelatin capsule manufacture, these Tees are the first ecological, biodegradable, recyclable golf tee.
We will produce the tees in-house; by having our very own capsule manufacturing facilities paired with our latest gelatin injection technology, we ensure the production of the highest quality golf tee. By playing with our GelTees™ you will not only help to fight deforestation, as millions of trees are cut down every year in order to satisfy the demand for wooden tees, but you will also lend a hand with golf course maintenance, freeing the grass of tee debris. The gel in GelTees™ decomposes naturally in a matter of days, saving golf clubs additional expenses such as repairing grass cutters or hiring staff to collect the plastic and wooden tees left on the course.
Our tees will maintain the same stability and durability as any other regular tee on the market. GelTees™ will be available in 2 sizes and come in a variety of colors. They will only start to decompose after a few days of being in contact with water or ground moisture.
